Building on a family real estate business founded in the 1970s, Windsor Warner carries forward our grandfather’s legacy. What began with shopping mall development across New Jersey has been reimagined into a full-service real estate brokerage and investment firm with a long-term vision.
Our story
1920–1945 | Foundations Laid
Our family immigrated from Italy to New Jersey, beginning their journey in the brick and cement trades—laying the literal foundation for generations to come.
1950–1975 | A Family Business Takes Shape
Our grandfather founded a construction and development company that grew to span the East Coast, working alongside four of his sons to build a nationally operating enterprise.
1980s | Growth & Expansion
The business experienced significant growth with the development of shopping malls and the commercialization of entire towns across New Jersey and beyond.
1990s–2000s | The Next Generation Emerges
As the family grew, so did the vision. The sons branched out independently, launching an architectural firm and additional development companies, expanding the family’s reach and expertise.
2010–2015 | A New Era Begins
Following the generational path, the next generation stepped in. Real estate sales and investment services became integrated into the family’s evolving real estate platform.
2023–Present | Windsor Warner
Windsor Warner was established to unify and reimagine a multigenerational legacy—one that began when our ancestors arrived from Italy and built from the ground up. Today, we don’t just build; we invest, guide, and help others understand and succeed in real estate as the business continues to grow and evolve.
